On the day of the viewing just 2 hours before our appointment we received a call informing us seller has just accepted an offer. They have shared with us what the offer percentage was as in offers over price and the annoying thing is it was below what we would offer for the property. This agent's reluctance to show us the property on the day we had initially requested and then cancelling on the day they said they could show us the property ended up costing the seller not getting the price we would pay for their property and for us to start our property search again. One thing for sure we will not be dealing with them in the future.
