Absolute rip off merchants. Do not rent with these robots. They will try to claim money back from you when you leave even if you give notice and pay accordingly. They will make you pay for house redecoration when you leave and expect you to pay for council tax and rent until they rent it out again. No matter how you leave the house. The houses they Let are below standard of what they expect you to leave them in. Thir terms are 100% contradictory. And they will expect you to pay for full house redecoration upon leaving. Its disgusting. Plus, they also think they can make you pay rent after tenancy until they can rent their substandard properties out again if they aren't happy with the way you left their less than liveable property. They will also LIE to the council tax and try saying you didn't end the tenancy so you are liable. They say that their landlords/ladies do not take deposits and only require guarantors. That is because through the legal tenancy deposit scheme they cannot rip off as many people. And it's harder for them to get money off you. Totally CORRUPT company. DO NOT DEAL WITH LARARDS!!!
