DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY. Landlord Guy gets involved in situations where he is not required. He tolerates bullying within the home. Does not help situations or make tenants feel supported or at ease. Incredibly poor service and other staff at Gnome Student homes do not have the tenants best interests at heart. Would NOT recommend this agency to anyone in future.

8 Jul 2024I was just leaving a review on google and saw this false and misleading comment about Guy. In my experience every time I’ve met guy he’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with! So please don’t be put off by this comment! My google review is under Joe Barnsdale and was an actual tenant with Gnome.
