I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Had a booking for a Coatbridge house and was subjected to racial abuse and decided to leave without viewing the property. I forgot to notify the estate agent that I was leaving because I was shocked at the discrimination I received and wanted to just get out of that area. I got a call from a female who's name I don't even want to know asking where I was with an abrupt voice. I explained I was subject of racial abuse and left and forgot. She replied with her attitude saying "was you not going to call me and let me know? Is that how you work?" completely disregarding the fact I was racially abused. Absolute shocking and would avoid this business if you can based on this experience. Some people don't deserve to be in business that work face to face with the public.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
