To summarise: - We had to convert a miniature French chateau to everyday tastes to be able to let - Nikki stood by day and night, week-ends, bank holidays, at all hours and weathers liaising with us and the builder. Her great sense of humour smoothing over cracks (forgive the pun!) and diffusing “challenging” situations - She suggested an excellent selection of contractors, being able to supervise them as we live over 50 miles away - She spots any mistakes! Nobody gets away with poor workmanship, sloppiness or trying to cut corners - Northwood was mindful of the associated costs and advised us accordingly, striving to minimise monies. - Nikki knows her stuff!!! If you have a problem, she is the one to go to- she will sort it for you!! no agro, no theatricals, not fuss, she will just get on to it and do it. Letting, selling, buying - you name it, she knows it, sorts it, all the while looking after your interests and keeping you happy. We can compare, we have used other agents - nothing compares to Nikki and her team! Being a family business makes such a HUGE difference! I can not only recommend her and her team any time to anyone, but I would not dream to go to anyone else. It would be unfair to pick on just one person who was most helpful - as they work as a team, a family team at that! - they all work together as one.
