Would put "0" stars if possible. AP and Steve Theaker are worse than useless and incompetent. They managed our site for 1 year and failed to carry out contracted inspections and other work. Allowed gardeners etc to charge without checking work had been carried out etc and ignored e-mails from directors. Use them at your own risk!!

AVOID. I was left with no washing machine 2+ weeks and the agency confirmed that the landlord would not be reimbursing the launderette costs I was forced to pay.
