I had a terrible experience with the Royston office, in particular with Laura. Extremely unprofessional not to mention they talk to people forgetting all manners and basic behaviour. We only 'dared' to ask few questions about the property we were going to rent to receive an awful treatment and were forced to pull out last minute, in spite of having given notice to our previous house. At 7 months of pregnancy, I had to find a new property and move in the period of 2 weeks which caused me lots of stress. People should take their job more seriously or leave it to someone else.

The letting side of this company is great until there's a problem with a tenant and then they don't want to know. As a landlord I will be looking elsewhere for a letting agent. Once they have your money they really don't want ... Read Full Review
