Positives 1. The Estate Agent, Sarah, worked hard to find buyers for our property as there were not many takers early on. 2. She was one of the only Agents from any company that listened to our search criteria and made property recommendations that fit with it. 3. The manager Adam, was on hand to give advice when needed. He also was very helpful when our usual contact was on leave. Negatives 1. It didn't feel like our best interests were being represented once the property had been sold. 2. There seemed to be little due diligence around mortgage property evaluation. 3. After Sales could have kept us informed better. 4. When viewing properties with Flaggs, the weekend staff were not very well informed on the house they were viewing. We tried to counteract this by providing notes for our property but found there were not passed on.
