I have lived for 6 years next to tenants managed by winkworths Barnes. I have had to contact the police on many occasions for anti social behaviour and diana carter says they act on the owners instructions and their behaviour has nothing to do with them. I have contacted head office and the review was carried out by Barnes office and the problems are still going on and the lease has been renewed 5 times. It seems to me that all they care about is their commission and complaints are not managed just ignored.

I wish there was an option for no stars. Winkworths employ the worst of human beings; incompetent, rude, lazy, belligerent and generally totally unpleasant. 22 Aug 2021Awful agent. Treat you like sh*t once you’ve signed the contract - had my wife in tears twice. The workmen that came over to mend the house were ‘smoking pot’ and we had to tell them to leave. Work...
