TGL iEstates provided us with an excellent service when renting out our flat. The team were very friendly and explained the process of renting out to Tennant's and also they options we had as a landlord in terms of management of the Tennant's and the property in the long run. This was our first time renting our newly bought investment property. In comparison to other agents the fees were better and we still received a great level of service. Within two weeks the property was rented out and is being managed by tgl iEstates. I would definitely recommend them to any fellow landlords. Who are looking for great value for money and a reliable professional service.
