5 years has gone by since we last let a property with this agent. The level of unprofessional behaviour, lies, lazy behaviour shown by most of the staff and department throughout our stays for 1 and 1/2 years still remind us the painful and frustrating moment we had to endure whenever I hear the name and see the logo. One star is for one staff (Samantha Harden), who was there to help to deal with our issues when almost most of the staff failed to deal with if.
