I simply cannot write down everything I experienced with this company. Julie is a disgraceful human being and should not be running this company. Complete lack of respect, competence and empathy. I had the worst year of my life renting with them which is all down to Julie. Please do not rent with Lime Tree Houses, no matter how desperate you are, YOU WILL regret it. Lime Tree Houses needs to be shut down. I would honestly give 0 stars if it were possible.

14 Jan 2022I couldn't agree more. Julie is not only incompetent, but also extremely rude and treats you as if she was doing you a favor or getting you out of prison. They are always too busy to take your call and make you feel like you don't matter.

The bungalow that was shown to me was in such a disgusting state it would have been condemned by any health and safety inspector. As an ex-tenant of a Lime Tree Houses Property, I advise that you look elsewhere if wanting to rent or buy a property. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR, I DEFINITELY WOULD. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
