I first knew in 2017 the Manager of Countrywide plc (Frank Innes), mrs. Lydia Youle, in their offices here at Derby. I am convinced that this Company serve as an example, a true reference, to all others Letting and Property Agents in Britain. Countrywide defines new standards. Along years, We never had a single technical issue: theyr really check what they sell, thus assuring maximum quality. The Derby Office's Manager cited before, wanted to be personally sure about the property conditions before to sign anything. She defends the interest of all parts, the most professional, experienced and sincerely kind way. And all the Staff is aligned on the same top quality & performance standards. I am impressed by the way the Staff cares every single detail. I just want to ask Countrywide to remain foreverwho they are: ...Britain's Best. Thank you.

On ending the tenancy on 12 nov 2013 we were told our deposit would be paid back to us within 2 weeks. however over 1 month later still no deposit I have spoken to them 3 times a day since the 12th Nov and have been lied to everytime even once being told the landlord could text to confirm release...
