We have leaks, mould, faulty wiring, rotting floor boards, exposed pipework plus many more things wrong with the house we rent from Aspire. We constantly complain but things rarely get sorted + if they are it takes months + are 'fixed' by the incompetent owner + not a professional. I hate living in this house, but we can't afford to move out so we are stuck living in a dangerous house with our 2 young children.

They are rubbish. Not one good thing to say about them. 1. We were told the house would be cleaned including the carpets. This didn't happen and there were fleas.
