From our initial meeting with Jennifer, she completely understood our needs and produced specific properties for us to peruse and within an hour we were able to make an appointment for the following day to view a property, which we made an offer on later that day. Jennifer was able to answer all our questions honestly and we made to feel very comfortable and unrushed throughout the viewing. We were extremely impressed. Jennifer was incredibly professional and we would seek her out again when we are next looking for a property. However, at another branch of Cubitt and West, we had to liaise with another agent, Ross, as the sale progressed who we found to be very unhelpful- not returning calls and generally we felt she either couldn't be bothered or wasn't interested. Having said all of the above, we did feel that all the staff at Western Road were very approachable, helpful and friendly.

5 days of calling at random times and all you get is an answering machine. Leave a message...we will get back to you....no one returns the call. The company claim to be the best - and they do this by promising Homeowners an over ambitious price for their property. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
