Never bothered to give a valuation. I spoke with Alex who stated he was one of the owners. I told him that I was looking to put my house on the market but had concerns about the covid situation and having agents in my home. Alex offered to do I desk top valuation and asked me to send pictures. I took time out sending pictures to, he took the time to reply.. then that was it. NO VALUATION at all. On chasing up, I received no reply on several occasions! He did quote me fees and I was happy with his quotation, however that was it! nothing further! So here is my review - Not good service at all!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
