Going through the Tenant process schedule.... DID NOT KNOW THAT NEED TO PROVIDE MORE DOCUMENTS THEN WHEN YOU BUYING HOUSE NOT JUST RENTING. :) ALL SO,NEED TO WAIT 14DAYS TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS AND THEN MAYBE YOU WILL GET AN ANSWER, .ANOTHER TRHU ABOUT THEM IS THAT THEY ASKING FOR TOO MUCH PERSONAL INFO,LIKE YOUR NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER...WHICH ONLY SPECIFIC COMPANIES CAN ASK LIKE,(THE GOVERNMENT NOT NOT ESTATE AGENCY) AND I AM PRETTY SURE THAT ...MY DETAILS WONT BE SAFE .. BUT ANY WAY I GOT BETTER PROPERTY FROM BETTER AGENCY WITH LESS HASSEL :) AND NO FEES and another very strange thing is that I can't find the office address underneath for the office! Very weird!

I was regularly paying my rent to them on the account Neil gave me(Remax Lewisham business account). After a few months the landlord contacted me saying that I was paying my rent the last months!
