I am a landlord. The experience of signing up was great so helpful. Once tenants in,although it was me paying their fees which they took from the tenants rent, not helpful at all. I had to remind them that gas safety check was due , they did not inspect the property in 15 months blaming Covid which is just an excuse. I was paying them to manage but in fact I had to manage myself.
