So far revolution have made our living situation uncomfortable, difficult and very unpleasant for us since moving in to an apartment under their ‘care’. The first two months or so of moving in we had raw sewage flushing all over our bathroom. Revolution seemed to think this was acceptable and just told us ‘to not push the flush all the way in’ which of course is unacceptable and doesn’t work. Response from them is either non existent or long, drawn out and after weeks eventually completely unhelpful. If you somehow manage to get them to answer the phone you’ll be greeted with a young man who’s main response will be ‘I don’t know’. We were forced to keep our bike in the bike store. Our bike was then stolen from the bike store. After three weeks of chasing them for a response they finally changed the codes (which they didn’t think to do without prompting from us). And told us our bike wasn’t covered by their insurance but by our contents insurance. Obviously as the bike store is two floors down and everyone has a code this is wildly inaccurate. Sara and Justin (Manchester) are especially unhelpful and I think they are just downright lazy and really do not care how difficult they make your life, as long as they can do as little as possible. I would genuinely consider looking for another apartment instead of going through everything we have. There’s a reason that all of the reviews on here are terrible and that they’ve turned reviews and commenting off on their social media, they know they’re terrible and they just simply do not care.

Very poor service. Management my apartment block in very central Manchester - the building is their 'flagship' building. Walls inside are utterly filthy - rarely if ever painted. Extoritionate. £180 a month service charge. Do not even get concierge or gym or swimming pool. They don't even paint inside the building.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
