I am currently letting through Hayes and would recommend everyone to steer clear. They have left me with an unsafe house & garage for years I have lived here and paid far too much money on a house they will not repair. It wasnt until I contacted environmental health that they stepped up and fixed (some) of the issues at the same time issuing an eviction notice. They're happy to take money but when it comes to repairs they scrimp and scrape. I have had people come out to do repairs and ask me how to do things. Simple tasks take at least 3 visits as they seem to go with cowboys who will charge much less. I have proof of everything for anyone wanting to see it. I would rate 0 stars but there isnt that option. The manager and staff are awful to deal with and so unprofessional. STEER CLEAR EVERYONE. Also to anyone else letting through this company if your issues arent being rectified please speak to doncaster councils environmental health team. They will provide a service to get the issues fixed.

Total waste of time, they never contact you when they say they will. I payed them fees for checks to move into a home. I was turned down and they will not tell me why. What agent could do to change your mind?
