We combine over forty years’ experience in Residential Lettings and offer a comprehensive service to landlords whether they have a single property or large portfolio
We offer advice on presenting your property to let, rental values, different types of marketing and much more
We are landlords ourselves and appreciate the importance of getting the right tenant as quickly as possible and with a minimum of fuss
We have a database of tenants who have been registered by one of our lettings professionals so that when a property becomes available we are in a position to promote it directly to suitable waiting tenants and therefore maximising the chance of it being let quickly and for the right price

Worst rental agent ever, they steal your deposit through lies, avoid mending any problems and dodgy work when they do, even there own builders they have talk about how bad some of the staff are AVOID

25 Jan 2021Karen, your deposit was registered with the Deposit Protection Service. When you left owing a number of month's rent, all legal paperwork was sent off to an independent adjudicator to assess the information. You will have been sent exactly the same report we have been. You submitted no documentation or evidence to support your false and frankly discusting claims above. If you had left the property owing zero rent, the property in even an acceptable condiiton, not the revolting dog covered carpets, and brown marks all over the walls, requiring the property to have a full redecoration, I'm sure you would have received part of your deposit back.
