I was buying a property that was sold through Trading Places. Although I was not actually the 'paying customer' in this situation, I found them very helpful, always responding to queries, checking and keeping me updated on what was happening further up the chain, and communicating with the owner of the house I was buying when needed. I had contact - mostly by email - with several members of staff: the person who showed me round the property (and had shown me round several others) and others in the Office handling the sale and purchase, they were all helpful and made me feel that they were personally interested in the success of my purchase. I am very satisfied with my buying experience.
