We wish we knew about Bairstow Eves agency in Chigwell when we were putting our flat for sale. However, we are really glad that we have found our dream home through them. When we met Irfan Ali on the first day we knew he is very reliable and honest person. He was listening and was very helpful to go through the whole process. Our situation was complicated and at some point we thought we are not going to buy this house. However, Irfan Ali and Steve Nichols were working hard and made all necessary phonecalls and kept us updated about every step. We are really grateful and we can not thank enough for Irfan and Steve for their patience and calm approach in our difficult situation. If we ever decide to sell our house, we know where to go now. Simone sold me the flat I bought and I went back to her for her to sell my flat. She was so honest, reliable, hardworking and has such integrity.
