Paul Birtles Estate Agents completed the sale of my Mothers Bungalow run very smoothly with the added issues of COVID-19 that they had to deal with for the safety of the viewers this was a credit to them within these difficult times. We received emails before and after each viewing so my Brother and I was fully updated as we had entrusted them with the keys for the property. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
