Worst letting agents. £219 deducted from my deposit. hair bobble left on the window ledge. Really!!!! Dirty kitchen bathroom. Well the decorators went in and used all these facilities and the stuff behind the shed was there when I moved in. The pciture of your gloved hand with a small spec of dirt from the oven. You either have OCD are just like taking money off people. You were looking for stuff. Shame on you. Did I complain when it took you 5 weeks to mend the cooker. NO

22 Mar 2021Dear Nicola, Thank you for your review, which I am sorry to read. As you know, no deduction was made from your deposit without your agreement. The final deduction was in fact £120 as mutually agreed. Allowances were made for the decorator using the kitchen sink and the toilet, but the decorator did not use the other kitchen or bathroom facilities. These areas were not returned in a clean state as confirmed via photographic evidence. The photograph of the gloved hand was an additional image to demonstrate grease from the oven cavity. We do not have OCD and neither do we enjoy making deductions from deposits. We love nothing more than agreeing a full deposit return as it confirms that a property has been left in acceptable condition, and we can all move on with no further input required. In respect of the oven repair, our records show that we arranged an oven replacement and that this was resolved in less than two weeks. Additionally, the replacement was installed on the first working day possible after your return to the property as you had been away for a week during this time. It is regrettable to receive a review of this nature. However, I am confident that as a business we have always acted fairly and appropriately to the circumstances.
