Never had an issue with the agency including check-in, check-out and deposit. Agents were understanding and helpful whenever we had an problem in the property and called them. They swiftly fixed it or gave us advice on how to fix it ... Read Full Review

Awful agent. They do not carry out necessary work after reporting serious risk to health and safety. They prefer contact by phone to report issues, then later claim the issues were not reported. When emailing them the issues, I got told off. Isn't that what I am supposed to do? Rude beyond belief ... Read Full Review
