Darren visited me for a valuation and set out a clear strategy for selling quickly and at a great price. The house was marketed on a Wednesday and we had 8 viewings by the weekend, 2 immediate offers and a sale agreed by Tuesday. The conveyancing process was held up for several reasons but Darren was always available to talk to on the phone and did a lot of chasing for me. We came to a crunch point at the end of proceedings that Darren helped navigate. I think that without his attentive nature the deal could have been lost and am very grateful for his hard work. I am very happy to recommend Jackson Maunders for their both their strategy and ability to get a great result.

Really excellent service, efficient, responsive and helpful, we were kept up to date at every stage. What agent could do to change your mind?
It would be helpful if the sales assistant cared more about the customer than getting sales.
