Nick visited our property today. Negatives: 1. Felt he was hurrying without properly viewing. 2. Did not engage with us or the property. 3. Gave us a long lecture on surveyors'valuations and bricks and mortar. 4. It seemed he had made up his mind before entering the property on its valuation based on other properties in the area. Other estate agents valued the house at considerably higher due to its saleability and originality. 5. Showed no positivity when we told him we had no chain, neither are we in a hurry. Positives: 1 he was on time 2 he took his shoes off We do not feel that Chewton Rose would market our property and do it the justice it deserves.
