Terrible experience with this agent,they never fix on going problems with the property and I was gobsmacked at how rude and sarcastic they are.had to call on council environmental officers to wade in against them to try and address damp issues,total nightmare.would have been dryer, warmer and safer in a tent!be warned and avoid at all costs!
