poor service when trying to purchase a property. No correspondence and have to constantly chase her up. She takes on too many property's and can't handle the work load due to a lack of staff. Also we were we told we were unable to offer over the asking price for a property that had a lot of interest. If this woman can run an estate agent then any one can. Seriously.

I decided to go with Sophie Hill Estate agents as i thought her marketing was superior compared to the other agents in the area. Her videos that she does are fantastic also. I have tried to buy a house from this woman for months, and I am still waiting for my viewing for the house in Rhigos! I am the customer and I found out myself that the house has sold.
