Had an absolutely bad experience. The agent showed us one property which we really liked. We paid the holding deposit, even then they didn't remove property from listing nor any statement as to let agreed. They consider offers on the property We had to move our holding deposit from one property to other as they would take out offer and referencing document and still considered offer from other declining our offer. If you try to contact the letting consultant, they will start declining or following up once holding deposit is paid

18 Mar 2021Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you feel you had a bad experience with us. We try our best to accommodate our applicants and sometimes the outcome of offers are out of our control due to many factors, we may not be the sole agent working on the property and unfortunately we do not have control over other agents, maybe the offer is on the lower side and the landlord didn't accept and we cannot guarantee our landlords will accept the offers we produce. We always try to find alternative properties for our applicants if we aren't able to secure an offer they put forward which is what we tried to do in this case but unfortunately we were not successful. I hope this explains what happened under these circumstances.
