The Martin Grant Customer Service manager (David Pontin) and his team have zero personal skills and I have found them to be incompetent. As a result if you want anything fixed you enter into a minefield because they don't have a clue. They market themselves as a 'family friendly' company but I have found them rude and aggressive.

It takes a lot for me to lose my rag, but 7 months of issues, broken promises, unreturned messages and emails has managed it. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
