Oaktree (West London) Limited was established in 1991 and is situated in a prime location mid-way between West Acton and Ealing Broadway. It deals with properties in Ealing, Acton and surrounding areas as well as in Central London.

Absolute shambles of an estate agents. Unprofessional from the start, dealing with them has to be one of the biggest regrets of my life. Their sins vary from members of staff not having a clue what is going on, to others threatening and blatantly lying. One member of staff in particular lied to us about whether we could get Sky TV installed at a property and then told us to install it anyway against the wishes of the property management. The same member of staff, when we were moving out several months later, threatened that he would arrange viewings at inconvenient times without our permission in the middle of the pandemic while we were working from home. They also made ludicrous claims against our deposit on moving out, including accusing us of breaking a hoover which was never used and attempting to charge us for the removal of furniture which belonged to the landlord. Would rather deal with a bunch of cockroaches than this gaggle of charlatans.

I asked 6 estate agents in Ealing as to what they thought my flat would be worth and why. What agent could do to change your mind?
In line with market, perhaps a little less expensive. But they work very hard through out the process to completion.
