Woodford & Co fully deserve their excellent reputation. They worked hard to understand what we were looking for, were very open and honest about the options and communicated very well throughout the buying process, turning what can be a nightmare in to a pleasant experience. I can't fault them for anything. They also had the best selection of properties by far in our area and had clear, accurate and detailed marketing. After 25 years of dealing with London estate agents this was a most welcome surprise.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
