they are the worst estate agents to ever rent from, the house I rented for six years had no heating damp mould every where. I spent thousands on reinvention at my own cost. They refuse to refund deposit. The estate agents are as dodgy as they come stay clear

We have found our perfect home so don’t expect to use an agent in the foreseeable future however I wouldn’t hesitate to use David Ball again and will highly recommend them to others. We had used two other agents in the same area and don’t receive one offer.
