We can highly recommend Mark At Robinsons. He was always on hand to answer our queries and questions however trivial and always kept us up to date on every part of the move. We felt Jordan worked really hard for us and helped both the sale and purchase of our properties run smoothly. Michael always helps where he can on the phone, if not then Mark and Jordan are always on hand to sort me out! I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to for these guys!

This is the worst customer service I have ever received in all my life! We were burgled and it took nearly two weeks for someone to come out to fix the window. Robinsons deserve all the bad reviews posted below. The replies by Robinsons are hardly apologies, and that is exactly their problem. If you wish to buy, sell, or let your property, don't go to Robinsons. Normal business rules dont apply here - they would rather keep their pride than make a sale. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
