As both a landlord and a potential tenant, we would question the integrity and diligence of the lettings department at Guy Leonard. We most definitely cannot recommend Guy Leonard. We have a number of properties, which are currently let and managed by an alternative Horsham agent, covering the Storrington and surrounding areas, who in our opinion, exceed our expectations.

This is the worst Estate agent that we have ever dealt with. The agency repeatedly failed to deal with our landlord and would not fix our lack of hot water and central heating, despite the fact that we were suffering on a daily basis with two small children.
