I'll be honest, I'd never heard of one of those, but now I understand fully their significance within the team and the indispensable nature of their service in terms of ......... progressing a sale. Tracey was efficient, knowledgable and enthusiastic and she was this in abundance from start to finish. Nothing was stopping this lady! She is one of the most dedicated and personable people I have ever worked with.... Worked with? "But you're only the customer" Ah, yes but doesn't that indicated the degree to which we felt involved in the process, with regular updates, advice and encouragement where it was needed. She invested herself professionally and personally 110% and I know for sure that without her heroic efforts we would not now be celebrating the end of this difficult journey. The one that ends with a 'new' home, if Russell and Butler have anything to do with it!
