Ignite Properties

*Avoid this estate agent at all costs.* ...I would give a negative star rating if one could. Absolutely awful. "Ignite properties" completely took advantage of students and their lack of knowledge about the property industry and their rights. Left us with no decent alternative to our original property when it was "taken over by squatters", leaving us with no where to go for over 3 weeks. Never able to move into our original property as they couldn't even secure it before we moved in. Pathetic excuse for an estate agent. Completely unprofessional service too. When we asked for a refund of the deposit and the 3 months rent we paid in advance, it took them 4 weeks to return the money. They knew we were students, had little expendable capital, and still made it incredibly difficult to get the money back. Only when threatened with lawyers was some movement made. On 3 seperate occasions they said they were about to pay (or had paid) and simply hadn't. We had to go to the office in person (so clearly corona-unfriendly as well) to watch over them to ensure they actually transferred the money as they had said they would. Cannot be trusted at all Shocking service, shocking professionalism, and shocking common decency towards students who had no where else to go. We were serviced by a man named "Deepa" who was consistently rude, inflexible, and slow to act. However, we were also served by other members of the ignite "team", who were equally as awful. Do NOT use this estate agent. The properties available are awful as well.
