We recently had our house on with the Forest Row office, our initial impression was that they were certainly the ones for us, they really gave a great impression , however it soon became clear that was not the case, we had to email Liam in the office numerous times you get any feedback, more people cancelled than actually attended viewings we were told they would reschedule this did not happen and I believe we got feedback eventually twice, one was a rude email simply saying the garden was not big enough, they gave us no guidance on how to make the house more appealing and the final straw was when they had a viewing they TROD MUD into the new carpets, firstly we never wear shoes inside and ,the house has no one living there either, it was clear it was them. Whilst they did not admit it as such, it was clear, they offered to pay £75 towards the cleaning, which we accepted. We talked it over and decided they were not the ones for us so we cancelled with them, they then stated they would not pay towards the carpets....ALL IN ALL THEY ARE NOT HONEST..AVOID
