I never thought I would give 5 stars to an estate agent, but we can honestly say our only regret was not using PT’s conveyancing service. We were very pleased with the quality of the photos, tone/accuracy of draft details and speed in posting on Rightmove. Once our sale was agreed, it was reassuring to know that Kellie was proactive in maintaining communication between ourselves and our buyer. Without exception we found everyone we dealt with to be helpful and efficient and definitely gained the impression that this is a well joined up organisation with a strong team ethic.
