An apology dealing with this house letting agent, unprofessional conduct and deception had been what l get from them. No iota sense of responsibility of what honesty in business means. I was promised a fire service incident report after making me to replace a boiler yet never get one. They still get on with corrupt practice of using Graft repair on depress u're of a four month old new boiler that have 5 years warranty. What a shameless lots. Big regret.
