I would not recommend to anyone that you rent a property through or let a property to Sandra Davidson. myself and my son have been housed in one of their properties as temporary accommodation and there is black mould growing throughout the premises I have had two leeks which have flooded my kitchen both times the manager Ayaz has refused to reimburse me for the items that were damaged, I have a broken freezer which is built in which is completely full with black mould dried into the Ice block I have a built-in dishwasher that also does not work, I have no central heating upstairs. I have exhausted the three points complaint process as I was recommended to do by the people they are regulated by. Sandra Davidson have breached several tenancy acts as well as mine and my son's human rights, I am in the process of taking legal action against them as they ignore mine and anyone else's attempts on my behalf to address the issues mainly with the damp and central heating. I was also told in a very firm Manor to stop harassing the manager as he knows I am English and sit there laughing at me in his office, I was told if I was Asian these things would have been sorted by now so I can't be disrespectful otherwise I will be left longer. I also had one of their letting agents spit at me and reported this to the police, when I started to provide evidence to Bromley Council as well as local authorities my phone mysteriously went missing from my house when I've gone out shortly. There was no evidence of a braking and police were unable to attend my property to take fingerprints as the letting agents would be able to respond and with the fact that they let the property so their DNA would be in here. I have been racially abused verbally abused ignored and my 2-year old baby has to suffer in freezing temperatures every morning the manager of maintenance provided us with one heater but I live in a two floor house so this is not enough to heat up the upstairs. I live at Chaucer Court in Canterbury and my landlord's names are Mr and Mrs Manning possibly from the kent area, if anybody knows them personally that sees this review can you please make them aware of the the conditions of their property as well as the treatment being received on their behalf. This property I reside in is not suitable by council's standards and is also not being maintained by law guidelines.
