All the staff were really helpful and friendly when I bought my house earlier this year. Especially Ross Dove and Michael Loader. They worked their backsides off for me, and I love my new home. Completely on your side and plenty of communication and honest, helpful advice

Put an offer on a property which was accepted by the vendor - we had arranged our own mortgage - They wanted us to get mortgage through them which would cost us another £250 - when we declined they told us they would not proceed with the sale, forcing us to drop out, no wonder Estate agents get...
