We asked Pollards to market our property after a very lacklustre effort from another agent and they were dynamic and focused from the start. Their communication is excellent, with regular contact and updates, and they went above and beyond in overcoming particular difficulties we encountered during the course of the sale. They really were remarkable in that respect. Their professional, friendly attitude and patience in dealing with demanding clients helped secure the sale in difficult circumstances this year. We thoroughly recommend them.
