TRASH TRASH TRASH "ESTATE AGENT", more like TRASH AGENT!! These people show no respect to their tenants. We have had countless issues with our property since the day we moved in (the first problem being the wrong keys, which didn't get sorted till a month after we moved in). All the other issues we have haven't even had a response about fixing them. The only real responses we have gotten are about sending them more money (can you believe the cheek of it). Honestly wouldn't bother with Belvoir, way more hassle than they are worth.

Extremely transparent and reasonable. By no means \'bargain bucket\' as they do offer an extremely comprehensive service, but don\'t charge you the world for it!!
