Terrible customer service. Louise was not professional and seemed in a rush to end the call, left a bad taste after the call. The issue was never with the repair cost, but more so the unprofessional call which was both condescending and accusatory.

Truly awful, barely helped when we had issues with our house, which were numerous. Are currently trying to charge me for cleaning my room after I left, even though it was spotless. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
