We had a protracted purchase of a house after searching for and viewing lots of local properties. We met Robert Butterworth from the Southend-on-sea branch on our second Abode property viewing and put in an offer straight away. Robert painstakingly chased solicitors and put in the extra mile throughout the process, checking in with both ourselves and the vendor on a daily basis at times. Despite the intransigence of other conveyancing parties that Abode (and our solicitor) had to deal with, everyone in the branch worked tirelessly to push the purchase through, and looked after us throughout what was a stressful time. You simply won't find a more committed agent than Robert. Thank you to everyone at Abode!
