Martin & Co have helped us all the way through a journey to rent a lovely property in Falmouth. From our first viewing of our chosen property, just before Christmas to now when we are on the verge of moving in to our let. A lot of mediation has been expertly carried out, always keeping us well informed of the situation. Our chosen date of the move has been accepted and all required work has been carried out for our moving in day. A big thank you to the whole team.

We haven't even moved into our student property yet and already we have had various occasions where the staff have proved nothing but incompetent.
