I would not recommend Astberrys at all! During my tenancy I had several issues with them and I was treated badly with no respect and with absolutely no desire from any of the letting agents to actually help me with my queries. What agent could do to change your mind?
I was treated badly several times from the agent and she showed no interest of finding a solution to my problems during the tenancy. Her attitude was highly unprofessional and she even made remarks based on cultural differences.
